IELTS alone is not used for admission. You must also have the sufficient academic scores. Your IELTS score is fine except the writing score. But you can check with universities for bridge courses in English. You have to check the university websites for specific admission requirements.

Canadian MS degrees are highly competitive. They are either course work based or research based. It is slightly easier to get into a course work MS program compared to a research based one. High academic grades, demonstration of research work such as publications etc are required. If you are opting for a research based program you must be accepted by the research supervisor of the particular university/department. GRE may be required but not mandatory mostly. I will advice you to start visiting university websites for the entry requirements and deadlines. Apply early. Feel free to revert for any clarification.
