No, IELTS score is only valid for two years. You need to take the test again after two years.

You cannot get admission in any Canadian university or college without taking the IELTS test. Your IELTS score plays a very important role in the admission process.

You should take IELTS once again, and improve your score. Your score should be at least 6 bands (overall) if you want to get admission in a good college.

You should appear for IELTS once again. Try to score more than 6 band in each module of IELTS.

First of all, I need to know about your qualifications because most of the universities ask for above 6 band in every module of IELTS after Bachelors. Your overall score is perfect.

If you are looking at pursuing a degree course, then 60% is a bit low for it. But you can go for an undergraduate diploma course, as you can get admission for those course with your academic profile. NIOS board certification is totally valid for further education, government jobs or private jobs, but for global education you need to check with the particular university for the eligibility criteria. You can contact a study abroad consultant for the same.
