There is actually no pass/fail in these standardized international tests. Whatever marks you score you can or cannot get admission. You must note that there are certain universities in the USA like all in Australia/Ireland/UK/Canada/NZ which do not require GRE/GMAT. Hi there! Yes, IELTS is widely accepted in the USA even by most ivy leagues universities. However it is best to check with the university directly before applying.
