IHM Bangalore and IHM Delhi are both top-ranked hotel management institutes in India, with excellent placement records. It is difficult to say definitively which institute has better placements, as it can vary from year to year.
However, based on recent placement data, IHM Bangalore seems to have a slight edge over IHM Delhi in terms of the average and highest salary packages offered to students. The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Kolkata has been awarded the best placement award in the country multiple times by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
IHM Kolkata offers excellent placement compared to other IHMs.

The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition (IHM Delhi) is generally considered to be one of the best hotel management institutes in India, if not the best. It is ranked #1 in India by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) and is also ranked among the top 50 hospitality schools in the world by QS World University Rankings.
The Institute of Hotel Management Kolkata (IHM Kolkata) is also a highly regarded hotel management institute, ranked #10 in India by NCHMCT. However, IHM Delhi is generally considered to be the more prestigious and competitive institute.

The Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, Pusa accepts NCHMCT JEE scores, follwed by a counselling process for admission to the BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration programme. As per the NCHMCT JEE Round 4 Seat Allotment Result, the closing rank for BSc course was 382 for the students belonging to the General AI category. The Round 1 closing rank for the same course was 284. So, considering the closing ranks for both the rounds, candidates who secure a rank of 350 will be eligible to take admission in the fourth admission list released by IHM Pusa for the General category students.

IHM Pusa cutoff 2024 for Round 3 has been released for BSc course in the form of opening and closing ranks. The closing rank for IHM Pusa NCHMCT cutoff 2024 is 310 for B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration offered through NCHMCT JEE scores followed by NCHMCT JEE Counselling. IHM Pusa offers an on-campus accommodation facility in its hostel named 'The Residence'. It has a total of 100 seats for boys and 36 seats for girls. There are 28 single rooms and 24 triple-bedded rooms at the Residence Boys Hostel. There are 12 triple-bedded rooms at the Residence Girls Hostel. Students are provided with one bed, a study table, a chair, a wardrobe, and a study lamp. The hostel fee is around INR 1.12 lakh which includes mess charges, electricity and water charges, laundry charges, and a caution fee (refundable).
