IIAD Entrance Exam Eligibility

Exam officials will release the IIAD DAT 2026 admit card on the admission portal.

Download the admit card by

1. Go to the admission portal

2. Click on the admit card download link

3. A log-in window will open

4. Ennter you candidate credentials

5. On successful log-in, you can download the admit card.

The fee for B.Des at IIAD is ₹595,000 (Annual Fee). The fee for Semester I is INR. 297,500.

Total marks for IIAD DAT exam will be 200. Duration of the exam is 2 hours 30 minutes. Question paper will include questions from Logical Reasoning and Creative Thinking and Visual Aptitude Sections.  IIAD DAT will have two phases: which include the iDAT exam and Portfolio Evaluation or Interview round.

Candidates are selected for IIAD UG and PG programmes on the basis of the following:

• Performance in the IIAD Design Aptitude Test (iDAT) or iMAT (for management programmes)
• Performance in the Studio Test/Personal Interview
• Portfolio review (for some programmes)

Candidates who have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam in any discipline (Science, Humanities, or Arts) are eligible for admission.
