CGPA is the average of SGPA of all semesters.for ex:-if scored 6 SGPA in sem1 and in sem2 you scored 9 SGPA your CGPA will be the average of sem 1 and sem2 so you rCGPA is 7.5. and SGPA is calculated for each semester in each semester you have subjects and labs so each subject and lab credit are assigned in subjects there are mid sem of 30marks and end sem of 50 marks and 20 are internal marks.

If you missed the internal exam things totally varies from professor to professor they can reschedule only for those student misses and some are very strict they cant retake your internal exam, but generally you will get a chance that any other time will be given to you or at the semester they can take your examination.
