No, it is not likely that you can get into IIIT Dharwad through JEE Mains with EWS category rank of 50315. It requires much less rank then this. Kindly look for NIT or other government colleges.

If you're choosing between VIT Vellore and IIIT Dharwad, go with VIT unless you have a very specific reason not to. It's got way better infrastructure, more companies come for placements, and the median salary's higher too; around ?9.9 LPA compared to Dharwad's ?7.2 LPA. VIT also has a bigger campus, more student activities, and a stronger alumni base. IIIT Dharwad is still new and growing, but VIT's clearly the more established option.

IIIT Dharwad offers admission to BTech on the basis of valid scores of accepted entrance exams such as JEE Main and KCET. Shortlisted candidates must qualify the counselling round and must pay the fees to confirm a seat. In addition to this, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 75% in Class 12 with PCM. Candidates must apply for the respective entrance exam to register the candidature.

IIIT Dharwad offers BTech on the basis of valid scores of accepted entrance exams. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria by meeting the cutoff to secure the final seat at the Institute. Furthermore, IIIT Dharwad considers valid scores of entrance exams such as JEE Main and KCET. Apart from this, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12.

Shortlisted candidates must further appear for the JoSAA counselling round for the final admission. Shortlisted candidates must pay the fees and confirm the seat. Securing a valid score in the suggested entrance exams and meeting the cutoff can be comparatively challenging, considering the competition.
