IIIT Surat has its own campus at Kholvad Surat. Earlier, IIIT Surat campus was in the premises of the Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology campus. IIIT Surat campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The institute has a well-stocked library with a capacity of 90 students. The institute has classrooms and labs, as well. The hostels are quite far away from the college. There are separate boys and girls hostels. The hostels have a mess facility as well.

IIIT Surat celebrated World Environment Day on June5, 2023. The primary objective of the event was to enhance students' understanding of the significance of the environment and the imperative to safeguard it.
