The IIIT Raichur cutoff 2026 was published for the first round for admission to various BTech course branches based on the JEE Main exam.

Students who want admission to IIIT Surat have to secure course, branch, round and category-wise cutoffs. The IIIT Surat JEE Main cutoff 2026 was released for round 1 for admission to the BTech course and its various branches.
For the General AI category, the round 1 cutoff ranged from 23629 to 34456. Hence, the maximum rank accepted for admission was 34456. See the table below to know the highest rank admissible in the first round for other categories. Please know that subsequent rounds will have different cutoffs.

The minimum duration of the PhD programme at IIIT Ranchi (excluding dropped
semester (s)/maternity leave) is three years (36 months) from the date of joining. The maximum period for completing the PhD programme is seven years (excluding maternity leave) from the date of admission.

IIIT Ranchi considers the score of GATE exam for M.Tech admission. However, it is not compulsory. The M.Tech admission will be through online/offline counselling based on the GATE score and/or written test and/or interview by the respective departments at IIIT Ranchi.

Candidates wishing to take admission in full-time sponsored research scholar PhD at IIIT Ranchi should have completed ME/MTech or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate score/ 6.0 CPI. SC/ST/ PwD candidates will be given a relaxation of 5 % marks. Along with this, applicants should have any if the below mentioned qualification:
- Qualified CSIR/ UGC/ DAE/ NBHM/ DST/ DBT/ ICAR/ICMR/ ICPR or secured funding from such an agency.
- Applicants should be financed by the Government /Semi-Government/ academic/industry /research lab.
- Applicants should be nominated by Government of India/State under a Cultural Exchange Scholarship Programme
