You would be getting 8/10 in both 10th & 12th rating score for calculation of application rating. Hence, you cannot afford to loose a single score in application rating to even get a call from IIM A. Hence, try hard to get 10/10 in Bachelor's degree which would translate to 85%+ score in case you are an engineer or somewhat less in other streams. In terms of CAT percentile, by thumbs up rule, you would need more than 99.7- 99.8 percentile to get a call. Converting it would completely depend on your PI performance.

Yes, of course, you are eligible.The rule says the Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. You satisfy the same hence you are eligible irrespective of the university which awarded you the degree.

It depends on your short term future goal. If you are planning to get a degree for the learning you will gain from it then go ahead with e-PGP degree. Knowledge gained is top-notch in any program offered at IIM-A. But if your primary focus is to get a head start in career progression in terms of placements, then no, e-PGP won't offer your placements. According to your short-term goals, it might or might not be a good investment for you.

MBA courses offered by premium colleges assure 100% placement. It is not so otherwise.

Do understand that each institute have separate selection criteria to shortlist students and finally offer them admission to their MBA courses. Having said that, with decent academic credentials and average WAT-PI with any percentile around 99 you should get admission to top B-Schools. You can always take educational loan. Since after placements from IIM's your financial condition will be good, you will always manage to pay your loan without any issue.

Yes, you can apply for CAT 2017 while working in a bank. Coming to points for work experience, individual IIM's have their rating criteria to rate quality and quantity of your work experience. As a thumb rule, people with work experience between 2-3 year get the highest points and points awarded anything more or less than that reduces linearly. A work experience of 6 months or so will not have any significant effect on your composite score but might sway the interview towards work experience rather than academics.
