The study of Structural design is only possible through polytechnic diploma, btech and mtech,in the branch of civil.
But industrial engg. is possible for any Plus2/degree holder with 1 to 2 years industrial experience.

In current economic scenario , marketing is the best option a student can opt to becoz profiles and salary package offered are far better compared to other specializations and one can reach to the top management job much through this profile as marketing is a most critical department of private concern. best of luck.

To pursue PGDM in finance from IIM Ahmadabad you need to have:
1. More than 50% marks at graduation level (relaxation is there in case of SC/ST/other reserved categories).
2. Score more than 95% score in CAT (open entrance test) and also clear the PI (cutoff are much lower for reserved category candidates).

All good colleges need CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT scores for admission. So you need to write these entrance exams for admission in MBA.

Work experience will count while deciding the level and salary package offered by companies. The students with work experience will get a higher level job. But if you have good knowledge and you have shown your leadership skills during an interview then you may also get a higher level job without work experience.

Yes, You can easily apply for it . But you need minimum 50% percentage in the degree that you have passed from.

Well, I would recommend you to cover up for these grades with CAT percentile and a stellar CV.
It is advisable to gain enough extra-curricular experience and PORs before joining the institute as your peers will compete with you.
Do not give up on not so good grades. Rather, work through cracking CAT.

As you have experience of almost 3 years you can pursue E-MBA and to get admission in top B-Schools, you have to give CAT or XAT exam to get admission in this course. Also some top universities conduct separate exams for this course. Otherwise fro normal MBA you have to clear CAT, XAT, GMAT and other exams conducted separately by universities.

You need to write CAT.

Yes an average student can get admission in IIM-A. CAT score to be >99 percentile, 10th-12th above 60%. Good Communication Skills.
