Yes an average student can get admission in IIM-A. CAT score to be >99 percentile, 10th-12th above 60%. Good Communication Skills.

Is SRM University a good option to pursue a management degree course? Is it having a good faculty? How is its student exposure & placements?

Yes, SRM is very good for placements and student exposure. The faculty is decent.

u have to first thing to start preparation for CAT mat or xat these are mba program entrances.so toil for it and qualify and attend councelling and u r in mba college

Depends from where do you do your MBA. If you are doing it from top 30 institutes in India then definitely you will get a good career start
