There are a total of 105 seats for MBA at IIM Amritsar. Candidates are offered a seat in MBA based on a composite score calculated based on Pre-PI and Post-PI score. The final offers of admission to candidates selected from each category will be made strictly based on the final rank based on the aggregate score. IIM Amritsar offers two-year MBA Human Resource programme. MBA is the flagship course of IIM Amritsar. Talking about its placement, the institute has not released the placement data specifically for HR. However, as per the latest placement statistics, more than 120 companies visited the institute campus during the 2023 placement session, which was almost 9% higher in comparison to 2022.
