All good things are mostly difficult. Just try and understand what an FPM is instead, opportunities, time required, uncertainty, your love for research etc. Just because things are easy or difficult doesn't make them good or bad. Match your priorities/goals in life to the opportunity and you will do well.

Check the relevant cutoff list. I guess you also have to qualify GD/PI to get a final convert in IIMs.

Sorry, but it will be quite difficult for you to get into IIM-A and B. As C doesn't have a graduation criteria (i.e. zero weightage to graduation score) it would be your best shot. Additionally, I would not suggest you to go to any of the IIMs as then you would be competing for jobs with the best profiles of the country, and this might dilute your profile and competition. But, it is your choice at the end.

Your chances seem quite decent. I would suggest you use Shiksha's Call Predictor to get a better idea of what different CAT percentiles would do for your chances to get a call. By the way, NITIE and IIM A, B and C are quite different. NITIE has a much stronger focus on operations while IIMs don't focus at all on operations (even the roles in operations are quite limited).

Your profile seems quite decent to me. With a really good CAT score you should be able to get a call and from there it would depend on the interview. By the way, you didn't mention your graduation college, because that would also make a difference. Do also look at XLRI and FMS, I feel you would find the experience better for your background.

It surely is very competitive with more than a lakhs students vying for a few hundred seats. But, I believe if you put in the requisite hard work and have some luck by your side then you can make it here. IIM, Bangalore is not an end all be all, you can reach great heights even without going to IIM, Bangalore.

Wanting is the first step. I would say just focus on doing as good as possible in CAT first and then you can think about other things like fees and scholarships (once you make it).

You will get education loan without any hassles (unless you are an exceptional case). There are various scholarships for students with a weaker financial background and you can check with the admissions committee for a list of the same.
