The percentage at which level and for what scholarship?
There are many scholarships around there. To get admission into IIM, the process is very clear and separate for that of scholarship. You have to apply for scholarships separately.

Anyone who scores at least 50% aggregate marks in his/her graduation is eligible to give the CAT exam, and thereby, appear for IIM's interview rounds (provided all the required cut-offs are met).

The eligibility criteria is different for each IIM, so you have to visit their official websites to know more about it. These IIMs consider your overall profile and CAT score, past academic scores, extra-curricular activities, job experience, gender, etc. before shortlisting you for their interview rounds.

The eligibility conditions are:
1) Candidates appearing for the final year Bachelor's degree / equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirement and are awaiting results can also apply.
2) The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. In case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) category, this is relaxed to 45%.
3) The first stage is appearing for the CAT Exam conducted by the IIMs. On clearing the required cutoffs and the composite score, a candidate is called for Writing Ability Test (What) and
