IIM Indore offers more than one course. If he wants to join right after 12th standard, IPM would be the only option. IPM is the Five Year Integrated course in Management here. There is a written examination, the IPM Aptitude Test (AT), which tests the students' aptitude, logical reasoning and proficiency in the English language. This is followed by a personal interview.

You can avail the student loan. There is no financial support as such.
And as for your second question, it depends on your interest. If you eventually want to do an MBA, IPM is a better option. You'll save a year that way.

Hi Damini,
It depends on your category if general 99+ would be enough. However, percentile is not the only criteria.IIMs look for overall performance and potential of a candidate apart from academics, there is a significant shift in the selection process from academic-centric to overall performance and capabilities of the students. The Cutoff percentile is different for different IIMs and it changes every year, you can get the report on official websites of respective IIMs.

Yes your graduation score does play a role in your selection in a good MBA college. They look at your 10th, 12th and graduation scores. However the criteria is different for different colleges.
All the best.
