IIM Jammu offers eight specialisations under the PhD programme (full-time & part-time mode), namely IT Systems & Analytics, Business Policy & Strategy, Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management (OB & HRM), Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Economics & Business Environment, and Business Communication.

IIM Jammu considers the scores of national-level entrance exams like CAT, UGC JRF, CSIR JRF, GRE, and GMAT for admission to the three-year PhD programme in Management (both full-time and part-time). Apart from this, the institute also conducts the IIMJ-Research Admission Test (IIMJ-RAT) for admission to the part-time PhD programme.

Yes, the summer internship programme is a part of the IIM Jammu MBA curriculum. The Summer internship programme is 8-10 weeks long and has assigned 3 credits to it.
