Dear,
To get a seat in IIMs you have to clear CAT exam with 90 percentile above. Therefore, prepare for CAT exam, do hard work and you will get a seat. Your credentials comes secondary after getting great percentile in CAT.

Hi,
you will get call only on the basis of CAT score say 90 percentile or above.
Academics is considered only after getting a call for the purpose of admission.
Having work experience is a good thing to get a weightage during admission stages.

Please explain how did you score good in IIM ?
It is okay not to have any work experience. 30% of the MBA students are freshers and at par with other students.
