The IIM, Udaipur is situated on the land of Rajasthan where the weather is quite hot at most of the months. But the hostel in which the students reside in is provided  well with a spacious room & pre installed air-conditioner in it. The typical day at IIM Udaipur starts at 8:30 am, and the students  have to get ready with all the day to day chores before that because late entries in class is strictly prohibited. The curriculum is quite hectic for sure & so the students need to have reenergize themselves & for that the IIM Udaipur has the variety of clubs & committee like :

Placement committee, mess committee, merchandisi

I want to share this piece of information with all the students that the IIM, Udaipur is a fully residential campus & all the student joining there must need to reside inside the college hostels.

However, if you'd like to accommodate there for another purpose then there are a couple of hotels and PGs available close by who provide pretty good facilities. I would suggest the following as a recommendation: Sai sadan PG dorm room,

1). Meera medpat bhawan's

2). Pushkarna hostel

3). Girls' hostel in Maharani.

4). Avaanti boutique homestays.

Facilities provided :

Free WiFi, 24*7 water & electricity, quality food, CCTV cam

Those who fail the first year a second time are forced to drop out.

The hard part is if you are repeating the first year you need to pay the entire tution fees again.

That means a straight increase of around 35–40% of the fee for the entire course . Do you think everyone can afford this. I don't think so.

Assuming the total fee is 22 lac. If you repeat you need to pay again the first year fee. That boils up to around 28–30 lac  ( 1 year extra mess fee included) for the completion of the course. And you lose one year of your work experience as well + addtional salary if you would have passed at the rig

The total percentage of the marks obtained by an institute, university board or college will be considered to be final for graduates and postgraduates. The Indian Institute of Management Udaipur is famous for the MBA programmes, where students can get an admission through a CAT exam followed by their personal interview conducted via CAP.

If you have 8.5 CGPA, you get a 10/10 score. The higher, the better.
