IIRM Hyderabad Eligibility

IIRM Hyderabad offers a full-time PG Diploma in Actuarial Science (PGDAS). Admission to the programme is subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria specified by the institute. The institute has specified the minimum requirements to be eligible to take admission to the PGDAS course. The same has been mentioned below:

• Candidates must have completed graduation or post-graduation from a recognised university in any discipline (Maths / Statistics / Econometrics / Commerce / Engineering)
• They must have valid scores in CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ CMAT/ State-level Management Tests. Alternatively, candidates must have passed at least one exam from the IAI-ACET/ IFoA/ SOA/ CAS

All applicants for the MBA Risk and Insurance programme must meet the requirements set forth by the college in order to be considered. The following are the prerequisites for basic eligibility:

The candidates must earn a bachelor's degree in any field, including business administration (BBA), commerce (B.Com. ), or any other field, with applicable coursework or an equivalent stream of exams.

Applicants who received a minimum of 50% overall (45% for SC, ST, and PWD applicants) are eligible to be admitted to the MBA Risk and Insurance program.

Candidates must take the college or university admission exam in order to pursue this degree program. After passing the exam, they must participate in a group discussion (GD) and a personal interview (PI).

For admission to the MBA Risk and Insurance programme, overseas applicants must meet the eligibility requirements, which include earning at least 50% of the possible points in the qualifying exam and having completed the required coursework.
