The tuition fee for a two-year MTech range between INR 20,000. Apart from this, the total fee includes components such as hotel fee (if applicable), caution deposit, and other amounts to be paid at the time of admission of INR 1.08 lakh. Candidates have to submit the compulsory fee at the time of admission to confirm their seats. Further, this given fee is further taken from unofficial sources and hence is subject to changes. Also, the candidates willing to get admission to IIT Bhubaneshwar need to submit the application fee for GATE.

No, it is necessary to take the JEE exam. Aspirants need to appear for JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced and secure a valid All India Rank (AIR). Based on students' AIR, the conducting body calls students for JoSAA counselling and carries out the allotment process. There is no other provision for admission to the BTech course. The application process of JEE Main is given below: 

Step 1- Registration
Step 2- Filling the required information in the application form
Step 3- Uploading scanned images of photo and signature
Step 4- Payment of application fees

The total tuition fee for BTech courses is INR 8 Lacs and INR 8.1 Lacs for the integrated programmes (BTech + MTech). IIT Bhubaneswar BTech's total course fee will further include more components such as hostel fee, library caution fee, statutory fee, etc. Moreover, the given tuition fee is as per unofficial sources and hence can vary. The cutoff trend for BTech at IIT Bhubaneswar - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for BTech under general category for all India quota was 2769. In 2023, it increased to 3101. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 859 to 1134 for OBC, 366 to 651 for SC, 204 to 268 for ST, 355 to 367 for EWS.
