IIT Bhubaneswar is better as per my side, because the academic and the college atmosphere is better as compared to Hyderabad. College placement is also more in Bhubaneswar. So, it is the better option.

Both the brands BITs and IIT are prominent ones. Difference lies in the fees, location near your home, curriculum, placement stats etc. There is difference between the subject content of both the branches. Check this link to know about ECE. http://www.bits-pilani.ac.in/Hyderabad/EEE/Programmes
Make your decision wisely.

I think NIT- Allahabad is better with ECE. There, you will get a good atmosphere of coding and ECE is one of the top branch of NIT-Allahabad. NIT-Allahabad is better in all manners.

Electrical Engineering of IIT-Bhubaneswar is better than electrical engineering of IIT-Indore. This is because the establishment of IIT-Bhubaneswar is before than IIT Indore, and the IIT-Bhubaneswar, which are previously established are better and have better placement record than the newly established IIT.

IIT, Bhubaneshwar is better than IIT Dhanbad. I was getting mechanical in IIT Dhanbad but still preferred IIT Bhubaneshwar Civil more.
