IIT Guwahati - Indian Institute of Technology Admission Process

As per official information, the eligibility criteria for BDes at IIT Guwahati course admission 2024 is through UCEED exam conducted by IIT Bombay. A candidate can attempt UCEED for a maximum of two times and that too in consecutive years. However, the candidate should have passed in all subjects in Class 12 or equivalent exam in 2023, or the candidate should be appearing for the qualifying examination for the first time in 2024. Step 1: Visit the official website of IIT Guwahati . On its homepage, click on the ‘Admission’ tab and choose ‘PG’ from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Click on ‘Application Procedure’ to proceed further. The online application portal opens up. The admission brochure and course structure PDFs can be downloaded from this page.

Step 3: Click on ‘New User Register Here'. Fill out the registration form with all the details, including name, email ID, contact number, course preference, etc. Also, create an alpha-numeric password for future logins.

Step 4: Further, fill in the remaining application form by addressing other details, including guardian info, address of communication, etc. Also, upload a passport-size photograph and signature at this step.

Step 5: Pay an application fee of INR 800 online through the SBI payment gateway using a debit card/ credit card/ net banking.

Step 6: Proceed with the second-last step of the application form by filling the entrance exam, work experience (if any), and academic details.

Step 7: Conclude the application process by approving the self-declaration and hitting the ‘Submit’ button. Candidates can also download and print the application form for future reference.
