IIT Hyderabad - Indian Institute of Technology Ranking

IIT Hyderabad JAM cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various PG courses. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. For admission to MSc in Physics, the cutoff in respect to the General All India category candidates was closed at 310. For the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff for the same course was closed at 701. For SC AI category candidates, the cutoff was closed at 1546. 

IIT Hyderabad ranks amongst the top 10 IITs in India. IIT Hyderabad has ranked 8 under ‘Engineering’ and 12 under ‘Overall’ categories respectively, by the NIRF Rankings 2024. At the research level, IIT Hyderabad has been ranked 14 under the ‘Research Institutions’ category of NIRF 2023.

Internationally, IIT Hyderabad has been ranked 168 by the QS Asia Ranking 2023 among the top Asian institutes.
