IIT JAM merit list is based on AIR. The authority will consider the total number of seats available in each category, to include the number of candidates in the All India Merit List. Candidates who are included in the merit list will be eligible to apply for admisison.

Candidates who are alloted seat during the counselling have to pay the seat acceptance fees. If the seat is accepted by the students, then he/she has to pay the fee within the prescribed date. Below is IIT JAM seat acceptance fees.

IIT JAM counselling fee is Rs. 750. This is non-refunable fees. Candidates have to pay the registration fee within the prescribed date. The payment is accepted online.

IIT Bombay conducted IIT JAM 2026. The exam was held on February 15, 2026, as computer based test. JAM 2026 was conducted seven papers.

Candidates ranks in IIT JAM must be under 500 for admission to IIT Delhi. Below is IIT JAM 2025 opening and closing rank for GEN category. Here we have considered round 1 cutoff.
