Based on the Round 1 seat allotment, the BTech cutoff scores ranged between 5555 and, 14948 for the General AII India category students. If the Cutoff score is more than 705, there is no scope for admission to M.Sc in Chemistry in any other IIT. 

The IIT Jammu MSc cutoff 2025 has been released wherein the M.Sc. in Chemistry is the most competitive specialisation with a closing rank of 714 for the General AII India category students. The least competitive course is M.Sc.in Physics with a cutoff rank of 759. 

IIT Jammu admission to the MSc course is based on IIT JAM scores, followed by the IIT JAM counselling process. Only candidates on the JAM merit list based on JAM  scorecard will be eligible to apply for admission.
