The schedule of JEE Main counselling will be declared by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority after the declaration of the JEE Main result. The counselling will be conducted tentatively in the months of June and July. There will be a total of six rounds of counselling and seat allotment which will be conducted by JOSAA. Students who will appear in JEE Main 2024 and will obtain a valid score will be eligible to participate in the JEE Main counselling for admission to NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs including IIT Jammu.

No, JEE Main 2024 dates for admission to IIT Jammu are not out yet. It is expected that JEE Main 2024 notification will be released in the first week of December. NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2024 exam in two sessions in January and April. The exact date of the exam for both sessions will be announced in the notification. Candidates can check here JEE Main 2024 dates and the schedule of all events of the examination including application form, correction, admit card, exam, answer key, and result here.

IIT Jammu offers a four-year BTech programme across seven specialisations. These are as follows:
- Computer Science and Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Materials Engineering

IIT Jammu - Indian Institute of Technology will release 6 rounds of JEE Advanced cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:
-The JEE Advanced score of the candidate
-The category of the candidate
-The number of seats available in the course
Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

The cut off rank in Round 6 for BTech in Mathematics and Computing is 7855 which is very close to this range. This was for General category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission at IIT Jammu - Indian Institute of Technology.

The year 2023 cutoff ranks for BTech in Mathematics and Computing at IIT Jammu - Indian Institute of Technology other than General category are - 3128 for OBC, 1902 for SC, 837 for ST, and 1204 for EWS. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Advanced, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For General category under All India, opening rank was 7530 and closing rank was 7855. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to BTech in Mathematics and Computing at IIT Jammu - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

For 2023, cut off was 7855 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech in Mathematics and Computing at IIT Jammu - Indian Institute of Technology. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

The fee structure of Dual Degree in technology & Management offered by IIM Jammu in collaboration with IIT Jammu is mentioned below:
- For initial four-years of BTech, the tuition fees will be according to the fee structure of IIT Jammu BTech, that is, INR 8 lakh
- For the remaining two-years of MBA, candidate will be charged according to the MBA fee structure of IIM Jammu. Hence, the tuition fee for MBA is INR 10.50 lakh
- Therefore, the total tuition fees for six-year dual degree in Technology and Management is INR 30.9 lakh.
