First of all, you should check of all the options that you have in your hand. If you are devoted towards IIT and you think you can do it, then you should take a drop but remember drop is really frustrating so you should have enough to manage with it. Another factor affecting it is that it has to based on your this year marks. If you score around the cut-off so you can try but you have to prepare yourself to get around 200 marks. If you think that you can get then only you should take a drop otherwise you can go for good private colleges by which you will be saving around 3 lakhs which you are going to spend in Kota and most
