IIT Patna is the only IIT that offers a hybrid B.Sc. program in computer science and data analytics that does not require JEE scores.

This program, which was introduced in 2023, focuses on employable skills and is governed by the New Education Policy framework.

Since NEET is exclusive to the medical and allied fields, NEET results are not taken into account for admission to this program or any other B.Sc. program at IITs.

To become a professor in IIT, candidates need a Ph.D., strong research contributions, and a proven academic record. Those interested in how to become a professor in government colleges in India should note that prior teaching or industry experience is often required. With 41000 SC rank and  CRL of 544510 in JEE Mains it is nearly impossible to get any IITs because Indian Institute of Technology IIT have very much high cutoffs as compared to your JEE Mains rank. However you may able to get some low cutoff NITs like NIT Patna NIT Durgapur NIT Mizoram NIT Sikkim NIT Raipur and Government Funded Technology Institutes GFTIs like Assam University, Pudducherry Technological University and more in branches like Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering and Electrical engineering.

There are many IITs and NITs, like IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Hyderabad, NIT Surathkal and NIT Rourkela where you can find dedicated UG and PG programs in AI and ML or AI and Data Science, which include deep learning knowledge as a part of the classroom syllabus. But if you're asking about standalone courses in Deep Learning, unfortunately, none of the IITs or NITs offer the same at present.
