No, it is not possible to get admission in IIT or IIIT or DTU from the 2nd year of BTech CSE. These institution does not give entry in 2nd year. You have to follow the process of admission from the first year only.

There are many IITs and NITs, like IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Hyderabad, NIT Surathkal and NIT Rourkela where you can find dedicated UG and PG programs in AI and ML or AI and Data Science, which include deep learning knowledge as a part of the classroom syllabus.
