I don't think you can get good after passing out from IIT. You can expect a starting salary of maximum INR. 15 Lacs in top IITS in civil. So, most of them go for higher studies or either go for exams like GATE UPSC IES etc.

Yes, it is possible, but you will not get stipend of 1 year which you got in private college.

Considering MnC and EEE in IITs and NITs respectively, as per my thought MnC is good choice as basically it's getting in IIT and other think is MnC has a number of career options in future.

You can't get CSE in IIT Jammu / Bhilai. So if you can get CSE in bits Hyderabad then go for it because there is no chancr in IIT in CSE.

Hello,
Your question is not specific and very broad. However, getting admission in any IIT depends on the course which you are willing to take such as undergraduate, PG or Ph.D. Admission process are different for different course categories. You have to apply for IIT JEE exams for getting admission in B.Tech and through GATE score you can get admission in Masters and Ph.D. courses. In addition, if you have qualified JRF examination then you can apply for Ph.D. admission directly by appearing for interviews.
