You can get admission in IIT by giving IIT JAM exam to pursue post graduation in IIT.

Yes, you can apply for M.Sc Physics at IIT. For this, either you can go for GATE exam held every year in month of February or IIT JAM exam to become eligible for Master's degree from IIT. Then, you can easily go for IIT institutes. Good luck.
