Biotechnology and M.Sc+Ph.D dual degree in Biotechnology, candidates must have passed mathematics at the (10+2) level. Bachelor's degree with Chemistry for three years or six semesters and Mathematics at the (10+2) level. Bachelor's degree with Mathematics for at least two years or four semesters.

You may get a seat in IIT. Chances are there.

You can crack IIT JEE exam, if you go for a coaching center good coaching and self-factories and NCERT books helps you.

Minimum package will be - 0 (no placement).
Maximum package will be – INR. 20 - INR. 24 Lacs.

Just be clearing GATE it's not possible for you to get admission in IITs. You have get a good rank eligible to take admission in IITs. And if you pursue your M.Tech in any of the top IITs then you get placed with high packages in good companies.
