There are many IITs and NITs, like IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Hyderabad, NIT Surathkal and NIT Rourkela where you can find dedicated UG and PG programs in AI and ML or AI and Data Science, which include deep learning knowledge as a part of the classroom syllabus. But if you're asking about standalone courses in Deep Learning, unfortunately, none of the IITs or NITs offer the same at present.

IITs and NITs usually do not offer specific subject modules or electives with a focus on ChatGPT, but you can look forward to some related concepts of AI and machine learning technology, which are becoming very prominent in recent times. You can study full time courses like BTech in AI and Data Science and BTech in AI & ML offered at these top institutes, with a focus on machine learning, NLP, LLMs, and AI basics, all of which are related to ChatGPT applications.

Yes SC category students with board marks above the SC-defined minimum (typically sixty five percent) are eligible to apply for IITs via JEE Main and JEE Advanced if they meet other eligibility conditions. Your board score must meet the eligibility threshold set by JEE Advanced conducting authority (NTA/JoSAA). Admission to IIT depends on your JEE rank rather than board percentage alone. As long as you clear JEE Main, are eligible for JEE Advanced and secure a rank within the IIT seat matrix, board marks below seventy five percent do not block admission.
