With a JEE Advanced rank of 13957, you would likely be considered for admission to newer IITs or potentially some older IITs in less popular branches. Specific IIT and branch options would depend on your category (General, EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST) and the specific course preferences during JoSAA counseling.

No, you cannot even think of getting into the IITs via CUET for BTech courses. The IITs strictly demand JEE Advanced exam scores for admission to their BTech courses in various specializations. You first need to clear the JEE Main entrance exam and then go for JEE Advanced to grab a seat at those temples of academic excellence.

Not at all, the JEE Main exam is only the first step of the BTech admission process at the IITs; you then need to give the JEE Advanced exam as per your JEE Main cutoff percentile. After the entrance exam results are out, you also may have to give the GD or PI rounds for final seat allotment.
It is always better to go to the official college websites and read the detailed information about their BTech admission process.
