IIT is by far the best option but not everyone can get admission as entry is quite tough due to its entrance. I would advice you to go for UEM-Jaipur and visit the link to get the required information:

It is the most common question found on the internet for the aspirants of JEE. But, let me tell you that you really need to practice hard and be firm in your basics even if you are trying to clear the cut-offs. To get admission into IITs, you need to clear first JEE Mains, then you need to clear JEE Advanced. Then, based on your rank, you can get admission into IITs.

See, the curriculum of almost all the colleges of same course is same and you won't find any major difference in the curriculum. The main thing that matters the most is the skills through which you will get the job and the companies that visit the college that will provide you the quality in the placements.

As according to the current scenario, the best book is of the Pradeep Publications as of the paper from 2008 lengthy questions are almost eliminated and now only concept based questions are seen in the paper.

See, the only tip I'll give you is that in the paper you should first solve all the questions and then give only 1 hour to the physics. Otherwise, if you go for more than that then you might loose some marks till the end of the examination.
