Yes, sure you can get the admission through LEET entry.
There is special entry for LEET students but there is a criteria for that.

No college can be compared to IITs. I would say there is no such college in comparison to IIT in Jaipur.

You can get admission in IITs but the stream may vary. Do your best whichever field you get.

During the final admissions after spot round into IIITS last year 20 seats have been remained empty. From the last year's college cutoff's you may get a seat if seats are remained as in the last year.
