If you think you can get into IIT next year, then think twice and drop but CSE from NIT Patna is also a good option.

IIT-Bhubaneshwar is far better among the three. Many people want to get admission there and it is a highly reputed college.

It depends on your interest in the CSE stream. If you have a deep interest in CSE, BITS Pilani would be a better place to be. Otherwise, if you don't have any specific interest in the branch, I would suggest you go for IITs. In India, an IIT tag is still considered better than BITS. Choose accordingly. Best wishes.

Becoming an IITian is a wonderful feeling, and you may feel this by putting your extra efforts towards study. I suggest you to start from basics of every subject and topics, because 75% questions asked in JEE Mains are from the basic level. Do start preparing from only 1 book for every subject. No, you can get into IITs for B.Tech or any some other Science courses or integrated courses.

Yes, you are eligible to join IIT but for that, you have to appear for B.Tech lateral entry exam and in that, you have to do really good to get an IIT.

Take IIT JAM exam and pursue M.Sc. from IIT.

You can definitely get admission in IITs since they treat Diploma as equivalent to 12th. However, unfortunately, NITs don't. Then many state government's have also declared Diploma as equivalent to 12th which makes you eligible. You can find information about your state on the webpage of DTE of education of your state.
