Old NITs, if you are going there for job purpose. And, if you just go for the degree, then I'll prefer you to opt for the new IITs, as there their name is far better than NITs.

Yes, you can. Write an application and submit it in DEAN Andhra Pradesh office after getting signed by your HOD and Faculty advisory. DEAN Andhra Pradesh approves and send it to academic section, then academic section take care of remaining tasks.

For getting into IIT architecture, weather in IIT Kharagpur or IIT Roorkee, you will have to clear the architecture aptitude test conducted by the IIT to get a seat there.

For that, you have to first go to your school from where you have cleared your class 12th, ask the procedure of the improvement, finish all the formalities and then get back to your JEE preparation.

Admissions in IIT depend on rank not on marks. Rank vs marks trend always changes in JEE Advanced. Even no one knows the full marks of the exam. So, prepare nicely and give your best to get aerospace in IIT. Currently, only in 4 IITs aerospace is there. IIT-Kanpur, IIT-Kharagpur, IIT-Bombay & IIT-Madras are these IITs offering this course.
