Yes there wont be any issue and you will treated as a normal student, gap year in between graduation creates problem but before taking admission it wont create any issue

you can do IIT preparation from different teachers of maths , physics ,and chemistry and try to strong your basics of Science before going in any entrance test .

yes u can but there r certain norms for it related to fees payment in that u might be askd by private college to pay some amount of money and then u can get back Your certificate s
