Can I get CSE branch? My IIT main score is 99. I am a female from Jaipur, I am expecting 85% in class 12th from CBSE board.

Students has to qualify in JEE and to get into CSE branch , the min marks should be above 130.

I used the rank predictor for JEE main&are showing b/w 1200-1300 and expected collages as IIT's but dont u hav to qualify JEE adv for IIT's?

Both are very different fields. Decide what you exactly want. If you choose IIT, biology has no role in it at all.
If MBBS, keep Maths as a 6th subject, I think you just need Maths to just be a bit comfortable with physics. Rest is up to you.

Despite having a minimum percentage requirement to sit for the exam only high board percentage students get into IIT, is it same for MBBS?

No one gets into IIT by JEE Mains. You need to qualify for JEE Advance and score high in that to get into IITs.

what do you mean by MS?
No doubt Iiitian get good salary but if you completed your MS from world class Universities than definitely you will get higher salary.
