Yes, you can pursue B.Tech. Appear for the exam and score according to the respective IITs cutoffs and you will be in.

Hello,
Yes, you're eligible to write entrance exams including JEE. But, you should also note that some private universities may be reluctant to admit you. But, if you think you've the capacity and skills to get into an IIT then what's the worry? Besides NIOS, will help you out with the percentile score. So, chill out and prepare for your board and competitive exams.

First of all, you need to pass class 12th with 55% overall and 60% in PCM. After that, you will need to qualify JEE Mains and JEE Advanced to pursue B.tech CSE from IIT.
