Every student have its own learning and grasping capacity, time table is a person specific thing. You are the best judge of your strengths and weaknesses and the amount of time you need to spend daily. Keeping that into consideration design the time table.

It depend, in which stream you want to take admission. But, approximately you need 170 marks for top NITs.

You need to get at least 75% in 12th Cbse Board to be eligible for IIT Advanced.

By preparing and of course scoring well in JEE main, you can get admission in NITs, but to get admission in IIT you have to first score well in JEE main and required 75% marks in class 12th. Then you are eligible for appearing in JEE advance examination. If you score well in this exam, you can get admission for IIT. To get admission in IIT, you have to do smart work and it's totally different from the preparation of JEE main exam.

There are lots of criteria. Among them you have to think like engineer and have to develop your brain like an engineer. And you have to perform smart work /smart study.
Now the academic criteria: You have to belong to science stream (PCM) (class 11th and 12th). You have to score well in JEE main, so that you'll qualify for JEE advance exam and then have to clear this exam. From next year, you will be qualified for the JEE advance exam, if you have scored 75% in class 12th exam as well as good score in JEE main.

There is nothing to do with UP board or to crack IIT. The student who work hard, can crack IIT. You should study well and work hard, you will be able to crack IIT.
