Firstly you will have to give JEE main exam, top 1,50,000 students are selected from it who are eligible for JEE advanced exam, from that around 10000 students are selected for admission in IITs.

Hi Laxmi,
Yes, IIT, IDC at Mumbai and Guwahati offers B.Des and M.Des programs. One of the specialization in M.Des is Animation Film design. Even NID offers the same. Admissions to both the institutions are via entrance exams. Even lot of private and deemed universities offer Bachelor/Master's program in the sector.
However, more than education, skill based segments like animation demands training by Industry Experts and exposure to live projects.
Lot of universities have started B.Voc course in the field and NSDC offers national qualification framework as a benchmark in the sector.

This is like comparing oranges with apples. You should first decide which course you want to pursue.
As far as PGP of IIM Kozhikode is concerned, it is well reputed and would be ranked around 6-7th in India.

I recommend you go for IIM Kozhikode.
The brand IIM always play a role in your future.

Yes, you can do MCA from IITs.
For MCA form IIT after BCA you have to give IIT JAM which is conducted every year by IITs for admission in MCA course. Here I am giving you all important details including Requirements to join IIT through IIT JAM.
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) For IISc Bangalore:
First class marks (As declared by the University) for unreserved / OBC Category Candidates and Second class (As declared by the University) or 50% aggregate marks, without rounding off, for SC / ST and PwD Category Candidates in the qualifying degree.
(ii) For IIT Guwahati:
At least
(a) 55% marks or 6.0 CPI in a scale of 10, without rounding off, in Major /
