You can target state and private engineering colleges for Computer Science (CSE) as you are from Jaipur and your approximate CRL rank is between 1,50,000 and 1,60,000 with an 86.2 percentile in JEE Mains. Among the better choices are

Securing admission to the most coveted branches of top-tier IITs may be difficult if you have a SC category rank of 2800 in JEE Advanced because their cutoffs for SC candidates are usually substantially lower You might however have prospects in less-demanded disciplines or at more recent IITs.
