1.Forgo sleep: Complete your quota for a year’s worth of dreamy sleep before you come to campus. Because as soon as you come in, you’d first be hit with a wave of assignments and readings, following by CV reviews and finally the internship preparation. IMI Bhubaneswar provide 3 kinds of scholarships:
1. PGDM (full time) Pre admission scholarship:
- Merit scholarships: Candidates with outstanding careers and at least an 80 percentile in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT or at least an 80% in GMAT are eligible for scholarship funds. Up to one Lacs rupees.
- Merit scholarships (female): Female candidates who meet the following conditions will get an extra merit scholarship of 20%.
- Defence personnel: Wards of defence personnel are eligible for a Rs. 50000 scholarship.Wards of Martyrs are entitled for a Rs. 1,000,000 scholarship.

The total fee for the PGDM program offered by IMI Bhubaneswar is INR 11.79 lakhs. For foreign/PIO/OCI students, the course fee is US $ 15500 per annum, and for foreign students belonging to the SAARC countries, the course fee is US $ 14000 per annum. Have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in the Bachelor's degree or equivalent for PGDM programme.

IMI, Bhubaneswar is a fully residential campus. Besides promoting group study and learning outside the classroom, the residential accommodation also enables the students to optimally utilize IMI resources like the library and computing facilities with internet and intranet available in the hostel. Probably you will find a number of PGs for boys and girls in google map near IIM Bhubaneswar at a very affordable price. Some PGs are available near Nayapalli. International Management Institute Bhubaneswar offers a total of 3 programmes PGDM, PGDM (part-time), and Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). The courses offered by IMI Bhubaneswar are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The institute's Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M) programme has National Board of Accreditation approval (NBA). The duration for PGDM is 2 years and for FPM it is 4 years. The total fee for the PGDM programme is Rs. 12, 27,000 and for the PGDM part-time Programme is Rs. 4,50,000 respectively. And the FPM Course costs Rs. 6,37,000 in IMI Bhubaneswar.
