Internal exams are just tests that are conducted so you can score good marks at the end of the semester. Nothing happens if you fail, you just have to study well so that you can score good marks in semester exams and have a good aggregate of marks

The mess food is of good quality with much varieties.The canteen of the varsity provides nutritious food to students and faculty members. The institute has a seperate canteen for MDP participants.

International Management Institute Bhubaneswar conducted its annual cultural fest PHRONESIS 11.0 on the 7th of March, 2021. It was organised by the students of the institute. It was the first time the event was being conducted virtually across India due to the pandemic. The programme comprised of various events such as Game of Stocks, Tasveer, KYRAA etc. In addition to the students of IMI Bhubaneswar, students from all the colleges of the country participated with all enthusiasm in great number.

The CGPA until the last semester, before companies visit, should be more than 4.5 CGPA. Otherwise, the student won’t be allowed to sit for the placement. In most instances, companies consider the CGPA of first year. Thus, one needs to maintain the CGPA right from the beginning of the course commencement. Many companies also have their own criteria for shortlisting candidates. For example, some companies consider candidates with CGPA of seven or above.
