Candidates must register, download the admit card, and take the IMU CET to apply for B Tech at Indian Maritime University, Chennai. Qualifying for the exam, receiving a rank certificate, and participating in online counseling are all part of the selection process. The minimum IMUCET percentile required varies depending on factors such as the number of test takers, the difficulty of the exam, and the candidate category. Aim for a competitive score considering the 200-question, 200-mark exam with a 0.25-point penalty for each incorrect answer.

With a score of 70% on IMUCET, you may be eligible for B.Tech and B.Sc programs at Indian Maritime University. However, admission is also determined by the overall level of competition as well as the specific cutoff established by the university for that academic year. It's a good idea to look at previous years' cutoffs to get a better idea of your chances.
