According to me obviously yes because degree is a degree, may it be a correspondence or a regular. It depends on the schools what percentage or grade is required for the exams and for sure it is all upto to you how much you score in your entrance exams. As you have completed graduation in hotel management from Switzerland, so surely you can apply for CAT in India. It requires graduation from any recognised University from India or out of India.

If you want to appear for M.Sc. Than give an entrance exam of GATE after clearing that many of the universities in India you will be eligible for appearing. Your passing should be more than 60%.
