To be eligible for MA in Yoga, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Some universities may also require candidates to have a minimum of 50% marks in their undergraduate degree program. Most universities and colleges offering MA in Yoga do not conduct any entrance exam for admission. Admission is usually based on the marks obtained in the undergraduate degree program.

There are around 75 IHMs in the country. Out of these, there are 21 central Institutes of hotel management and 25 state govenement institute of hotel management (SIHMs), 24 Private institute of hotel management and 1 PSU.Admission in these college accepted on the basis of NCHM JEE.
Eligibility creteria to get admission in IHM are:-
1- A candidate must be a citizen of india.
2- A candidate must have passed class 10+2 with at least 50% marks in aggregate .
3- A student must have cleared NCHM JEE with a good score as needed by IHM.
