Neuroscience is a subject of study, not a career. Not many who study neuroscience will become neuroscientists. Most will follow other careers like medicine or get jobs in biotech, most of which may not have much to do with neuroscience. And many will end up in careers not related to Science. It depends you want to take admission in Delhi or Delhi University and also which course you want to pursue. You might get admission in DU but its difficult, although u should give it a try. In private colleges you can easily go for courses through relevant enterences.
